Rick holds a B.Arch. from the Southern California School of Architecture (Sci-Arc,). An experienced craftsman and carpenter, Rick maintains his general contractor license as well as membership with the Los Angeles branches of the AIA, Urban Land Institute and an LA River Advisory Committee.
