They come from the shop pre-glazed and pre-fitted with a fully configurable flashing system that let’s them drop-in as quickly and as easily as any vinyl or wood window.

Fast & Simple Installation

Prepare Opening
Flash bottom sill and up the sides 6-10 inches with adhesive flashing tape.

Set Window
Place window unit into opening, insert screw into one corner to hold in place.

Attach Window
Level window and adjust placement to desired position. Attach remaining screws.

Finish Sealing
Complete waterproofing with flashing tape. Start with sill, then sides and finish at header.
Fully Configurable Flashing System
The defining feature of the Simple-Set Window System is a fully configurable flashing system. Depending on the conditions of your opening, we can adjust the shape, dimensions and thickness of the flashing frame to support the architecture.
You can choose from 3 standard profiles: hidden, knife’s edge, or a box curb for an exact fit to the opening and surface finish.
This proprietary system comes pre-installed on the window sash and punched with adjustable screw slots. This allows the window to drop in quickly and easily, and can be installed into openings that are not perfectly level or plumb.
